Creative Cart Shopping Cart Service is run on a secure DEC Alpha server with 128 bit SSL
encryption.
Creative Cart has its own secure server site certificate.
The security is implemented from the beginning when the customer places the order until I have the order.
Here's how it works: First, you the customer, can place your order securely.
The order then sits on the server in my secure area that only my company has access to.
When I am ready to download your order, I get on the web, log into my secure area, and enter my password.
Then I download your order over a secure web link with my web browser.
It's safe, secure, and simple!
Web browsers can operate in "normal" mode and in "secure" mode. You can tell which
mode your browser is in by looking at the toolbar at the bottom of the browser window.
If you see a broken key, an open padlock, or no key or padlock, you are in normal mode.
If the key is whole, or the padlock is closed, you are in "secure" mode.
If you are uncomfortable about sending your credit card information over the Internet, you can telephone it to me on the toll-free numbers listed or fax it to me, although I am assured that our credit card information is really in no danger of being intercepted.
You will receive an electronic receipt via email of your transaction within 3 minutes
Your charges on your credit card will be at today's Canadian exchange rates for international currency. American shoppers can save anywhere from 20-35% when the dollar is exchanged on the credit card billing.
I accept Visa and Master Card and American Express.
I do not accept the Discover card.
I do not use PayPal for cheques, but if you wish to pay by cheque or money order, your order will be shipped promptly on receipt of the payment.
