Things you should know about about Using Fedex and other couriers.


   Of all the available International couriers, I believe Fedex is the most    reliable    for deliveries,for tracking items correcting errors and billing    mistakes, but there are restrictions and problems you need to be    aware of when using their service.

   Fedex and the USFDA delays the shipping of the AI kits    usually by 24 hours while it "is inspected".
   The USFDA does not approve of breeders doing 'AI's'.
   Therefore it is labelled as 'kennel supplies' rather than AI kits    for that reason.

    If delivery of a shipment is delayed for any reason
   other than a Fedex error,Fedex will NOT refund the shipping charge.

   If the delay was due to customs delay or a weather condition,
   Fedex will NOT refund the shipping charges.

   Fedex will not refund the shipping expense or replace the contents    unless a: there was a Fedex error and b: the item was insured.

   Fedex will cancel shipping charges and reimburse the value of the    contents up to a value of $100.00 if the shipment is lost.
   Extra insurance will be added to your invoice for orders over $100.00

   Fedex will cancel shipping charges if the package is not delivered
   in the designated time frame.

   Pinnacle Pet Supply is not liable for re-imbursing the Fedex charge
   unless I have made an error in addressing the shipment.

   Generally, Fedex is reliable, but coping with their occasional weather
   and customs delays can be very frustrating for everyone.

   I encourage all purchasers to plan ahead and use Expressusa
   (Canada Post) instead of Fedex, if time permits.

   The delay usually results from US Customs clearing the AI Kits
   The clearance can be unpredictable and I cannot do anything but wait.

   and Saturday deliveries can be a problem.
